Shipments-

Delivery times:

“Yael Givon Jewelry” will deliver the jewelry to the customer by express mail with free home delivery to the address specified in the order within up to 14 business days from the moment the order is placed.

*We cannot take any responsibility for delays of the shipping companies.

After placing the order and receiving payment in full, the process of designing, casting, cleaning and polishing begins, as well as inlaying, if it exists in the item you ordered. We promise to finish making the jewelry as quickly as possible.

Deliveries in Israel:

– If an arrival was agreed between the customer and the courier and there was no response from the customer (or the customer is not at the indicated address at the appointed time), the customer will bear the burden of paying for another delivery.

– In order to avoid confusion and/or delay in receiving the shipment, make sure that the residential address is indeed updated. If the address you provided is incorrect, you must contact us in order to change the address. In the case of international shipping, we are unable to change an address once the shipment has been shipped. In the case of delivery in Israel, a change of address will result in a delay in delivery.

– The courier will contact you by phone in order to coordinate his arrival, therefore it is recommended to be available after ordering on the website. Therefore, you should choose a convenient address to receive the delivery during these hours (for example, the address of your workplace).

– The customer is responsible for any additional costs related to local taxation and/or customs.

The customer will be responsible for any loss or defect in the product from the moment he left the studio.

* Self collection from the studio – free

You can choose the free self-collection option at checkout from our studio. After you have received confirmation from us that the package is ready for you, it will be possible to come to the studio and pick it up by appointment only, by phone: 03-5074422, from the address: 6 Harkon St., Ramat Gan.

For self-collection from the studio, you must wait for a message from us that the item is ready and waiting for you to collect.

International shipments:

Estimated arrival time: 7-20 business days. For your attention, the courier company is active in the following countries: USA, Great Britain, Belgium, Italy, Austria, Germany, France, Canada, Denmark, Netherlands, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia and Brazil. (Estimated arrival time to Australia and Brazil is about two to three weeks).

* It is noted that the shipping times are only a guess and we cannot take responsibility for delays, customs delays or additional fees that may be charged for the product at customs.
