Some of the orders from the website are made to order and according to personal measurements, and therefore we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on certain items.

The exchange of the product will be possible up to 14 business days from the date of purchase and will entitle the customer to a credit for redemption in the studio only (no refund) provided that the product has not been used in any way and is in its original packaging and only on presentation of an invoice.

A refund will be given up to 14 business days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is not used and an invoice is presented only.

Delivery times:

“Yael Givon Jewelry” will deliver the jewelry to the customer by express mail with free home delivery to the address specified in the order within 14  Business days from the moment the order is placed.

Deliveries in Israel:

 Estimated arrival time: 7-20 business days. For your attention, the courier company is active in the following countries: USA, Great Britain, Belgium, Italy, Austria, Germany, France, Canada, Denmark, Netherlands, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia and Brazil. (Estimated arrival time to Australia and Brazil is about two to three weeks).
